If you are planning a holiday with family or friends, why not try Villa Sibillini?  We offer the whole Villa with seven double bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms, sleeping up to 14 adults plus children, so for larger groups it is an excellent base for a big family get together.

The whole villa full of friends and family enjoying themselves, until it comes to the meal times that is, who’s turn is it, do you have all the ingredients you need and who is washing up? Do you want to spend some of your valuable holiday time wandering around supermarket buying produce for that meal for 16+ ? Probably not!  Then someone has to spend an hour or so cooking it and clearing up, that will be another evening lost to entertaining.

There is always a drawback isn’t there, but we have a perfect solution............

We have recently added a new service for you to make sure your holiday passes without any stress whatsoever and it leaves you free to enjoy the whole week.

What’s different?

We will take care of all the cleaning, cooking and catering, to include the washing up and shopping if you wish.  So all the freedom that a villa holiday brings, without the chores!  All that’s left for you is to make your own drinks, and bring glasses in from the garden.

That must be expensive you are thinking, no not at all, we will do all of this from €4000 (low season) to €5000 (high season) per week. All that’s left then, is to decide when you want to eat in, and what you want to eat - then all you do is settle your bill at the end of the week for meals and any extra drinks - at our normal restaurant prices. Everything to make life a little simpler and your holiday just a little bit more memorable.

And, on the nights you want to eat out, we will happily organise transport in our mini bus, so there is no need to drink and drive.

All about Villa Sibillini

Villa Sibillini is one of the largest rental villas in Le Marche equipped to suit groups from 10 to 18 with spacious accommodation and facilities.

We believe that we have the ideal large villa rental with several value added benefits and services, along with stunning mountain views, a child friendly swimming pool and spacious lounge areas.  This staffed Villa has a daily maid and pool cleaning service, plus a fully catered arrangement for meals.  Essential WIFI Broadband internet access.

So what is included?

This large villa has en-suite bedrooms, and bathrooms are equipped with power showers, toilets, washbasins plus four with bidets.  Hairdryers and towels are also provided along with shampoo and soaps.  Mosquito nets and fans provided during summer months.

First Floor

• Bedroom 1 - spacious four poster room (extra beds available) mountain views
• Bedroom 2 - spacious double or twin (extra beds available) mountain views
• Bedroom 3 and 4 - large double or twin  (extra bed available) mountain views of the countryside

Second Floor

• Maid service for 6 days - 2 hours per day to clean bathrooms and public areas. NB the maid is available beyond the two hours if you wish, to make beds and do any washing at a rate of €15.00 per hour, payable directly to the maid

• Your bedding and towels will be changed on the fourth day
